The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: The Amsterdam City Tax (7% of the total & €3.00 per person per night) is not included in the price. This tax is added the the booking total and is payable on arrival..

We offer free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before the check in time (15:00) of your arrival date.

The first night of your accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided, 3 days (72 hours) before the check in time (15:00) of your arrival date. Any nights remaining and the City Tax are paid on arrival.

This charge is the end of the free cancellation period and is non-refundable. If your payment is declined, you will be notified by email and provided 24 hours to complete the payment or the booking will be cancelled.

Bookings made less than 3 days before arrival will be charged the first night immediately at the time of booking. Declined Payments will result in the cancellation of the booking.
