Description: APARTMENT 32 is situated in an old building nice restored of Barcelona’s city centre. In Unió Street 18. At only 40 meters from RAMBLAS Street and just behind the OPERA THEATER LICEU. The closest metro station is L.3 LICEU. 80 metres. The apartment is on a FOURTH FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR. Capacity: from 1 to 4 people, with 2 twin rooms ( with 4 beds in total of 90cmx190cm), bathroom (shower), and living room with open kitchen, balcony overlooking a quiet court. There is heating, air conditioning and WIFI Internet connexion. 4 persons can sleep in two twin rooms. The living room has TV Satellite and a sofa. Kitchen with kitchenware. Microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is also toaster, mixed, coffee-maker, kettle, iron and hairdryer.

PRICES included taxes, sheets and towels.

. It’s very important to tell us the approximately time of arrival because we are going to wait you to show you the apartment and give you the keys.

. In the apartments we ask you for a DEPOSIT like a guarantee of 150€ only in cash. On the check-out time we will return you the 150€ when your give us back the keys.

. We have a 20 euros overcharge for check-in later than 22h. We don´t accept bookings arriving later 24h.

. There is no reception.

. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Before booking please read the following rules:

1-CHECK-OUT TIME is 11 am. If you don’t leave by this time, you must pay for all the day. If you need to let the luggage after 11 am please ask for an option at check-in time.

2- Please, respect the rest of others neighbours, particularly during the night.

3- Parties are not allowed.

4- Only the number of persons have already booked can sleep at the apartment.

5- Please keep care of the apartment’s furniture and accessories. If it will be anything broken or something is missing the deposit will not be return back.

6- Pets are not allowed.

If any of these rules are not failed, the guest will be asked to let the apartment without any compensation.

Cancellations: If you are not coming once you have already booked please advice us soon as you can (better by email but also by phone or fax).

-If you advice us in advance before 30 days of the arrival day we are going to return you all money less the 10% for management expenses.

-If you advice us in advance before between 29 and 15 days of the arrival day you will return you the 50% of the total played.

-If you advice us in advance before between 14 and 8 days of the arrival day you will return you the 25% of the total played.

-We are not going to return anything if you advice us only with 7 or less days in advance of the arrival day.

-Very important: It is always necessary to advice us if you are not coming because if not the total of your stay will be charged.

- Once de booking is already done: If in advance, the arrival day or during your staying you want to cancel any night/s. You will advice us before the 12:00 hours of 2 days before this/these night/s nothing will be charged. If you advice us without this required time you will have to pay for this or these nights that you want to cancel. Also you have to remember that there is always a minimum staying nights depending the season you are coming.

Please remember:

- There is an extra of 20€ in check-ins later than 22:00h.

- At the apartments there is a 150€ deposit as a guaranty. At the check-out time always that your left the apartment at the same conditions this 150€ will be returned.

- Only we accept cash for the arrival late extra and the deposit.
