GOTTICO is a combination of one private studio apartment and one grand, 'shared apartment' that offers 5 private rooms and modern facilities, and the best central location in Barcelona. Both apartment has just been freshly refurbished and with new furnishings. This gives a very clean and comfortable atmosphere.

The 'SHARED APARTMENT' offer 5 private rooms: 3 doubles, 1 twins and 1 twin bunk bed.. The 3 double rooms have double beds, one twin room has 2 single beds and the other twin room has one bunk beds. please understand that when you reserve a twin room you be staying in either the twin room with 2 single beds or twin room with bunk beds. Each private room is equipped with bed linens, towels, pillows, and secure locking doors. Also each room has a windows for fresh air and light and two of them have a window door that opens to a small outside balcony. Outside your private room the facilities are shared. We offer a large kitchen area that is fully equipped with, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils. this apartment has ONE modern shower room, ond ONE toilet room. The one shower and one toilet are shared by all guests as well as the kitchen area.

When on vacation, location is a very important in choosing an accommodation. Access to public transportation, main attractions, and the physical setting of the apartment are all key deciding factors.
