Description: Welcome to Kanarpsgården! A charming and picturesque house set in peaceful surroundings. The building has a long history dating back to the late 17th century.

The location in the heart of historic Kungälv is within walking distance to the local shopping area as well as the major tourist attractions in the town, such as the forte from the Middle Ages and the unique, well preserved “old town” of Kungälv.

The beautiful island Marstrand is easily reached from Kungälv by car or public transport. This is a “must” for those who wish to experience one of the major highlights of the West Coast not to mention sailing enthusiasts!

Göteborg is easily reached either by car or by bus – the Grön Express bus departs from Kungälv to Göteborg and from Göteborg to Kungälv at regular intervals and takes approx. 20 minutes from the Central Station.

For those who travel by car we have excellent and free parking facilities adjacent to Kanarpsgården.

An excellent buffet breakfast is served in our main buildning between 7.45 and 8.45. (Weekend 7.45 - 9.30)

24 doublerooms with hotel standards (TV private bathroom) -if available you can have this for the same price. Contact us after reservation.

singlerooms, dubblerooms and family rooms with private bathrooms as well as rooom with shared facilities. We cannot guarantee a private bathroom, but if you have that request we will try to accomodate you.
