Walking distance to Alfama, Castelo São Jorge Owr property is on the first floor. CHECK-IN: 10am to 17.00pm from Monday to Friday, in the Village Home,if you confirm the hour of your arrival. Another time you have to go to Residencial Sul - Downtown ,Praça D. Pedro IV , 59 , 2ºEsq , ROSSIO, to make check-in and take the key for the apartment. CHECK-OUT : 12am Very near from our guest house ,you will find many facilities ,such as supermaket's,pharmacies,cofees,restaurants,post office,transportes ticket office..etc !!!SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY!!! The hotel will charge the total value of the reserve at moment where it is carried through. The cancellation or the modification of the reserve will have to be carried through with a minimum of 48 hours before the beginning of the stay. In case of cancellation with up to 48 hours of antecedence the charged value will be returned, without considering the deposit of 10% charged like the guaranty of the reservation. In case of cancellation with less than 48 hours or not to appear ( NOSHOW ) , we will charge teh first four nights and it will not have any devolution PICTURES
