Terms and conditions

The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: 2,50 euro city tax per person per night not included.
Other charges: There is a 1,5% charge for payments with credit card. We only accept credit cards payments when the total balance is greater than €200..

The hostel charges 1 night if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges 1 night on customer's credit card.

We do not make any difference between 4 and 6 bed dorm rooms, prices are the same, we have the right to give a 6 bed dorm if we don't have a 4 bed dorm available. Some 4 - 6 bed dorm rooms have a private shower and toilet, others are shared. A triple room consists of one double bed for two and one single bed.

We accept only cancellations by email

We don't accep groups: if different reservations with different names have been made in order to form a group at the hostel then YOUR BOOKINGS WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOUR DEPOSIT CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
