리셉션은 오전 09시부터 13시까지 그리고 15:30분부터 18시까지 운영 한다. 일요일과 토요일은 오로지 오전 09시부터 14시까지만 운영된다.

도착 시간이 이 운영 시간과 다를 경우 전화나 이메일로 최소 2일전 알려 주셔야 한다. 불편함 없이 체크인이 가능하다.

일반적으로 22.00 이후에는 체크인이 불가능하다.
