该物业接受以下种类信用卡支付余下需缴款项: Visa, Mastercard, Diners.
用户预订的物业（酒店、旅舍、B&B、民宿等）在用户到达前将保有使用信用卡预授权的权力。.
所报房价未含税: 5.5 city tax.

在没有提前3 天的情况下取消预订，旅店会收取1 晚的房费.
在客人没有出现的情况下（没有告知取消），该旅店会从客人的信用卡中收取1 晚房费.

Please note that this hotel has no elevator and that rooms are accessible by climbing some steep stairs. Rooms are divided over 3 floors.

Please note that the full amount must be paid upon check-in.

Please note that a pre-authorization will be done on the credit card used for making the reservation in case of a standard reservation.

Please provide a copy of the passport of the credit card owner and a copy of both sides of the credit card itself in the following cases:
- When the credit card owner is not present upon check-in
- When the name on the reservation does not match with the name on the credit card used for booking
- When guests wish to use a corporate credit card

Please note that there is a cat in the communal areas, which makes this hotel less suitable for guests with allergies

Please note that a safety deposit of EUR 150 per room must be paid upon check-in. This is fully refundable after inspection of the room and no damages have been made.
