Terms and conditions

The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Aura, Debit Cards.
The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival

Other charges: The city tax is 1€ and this amount has to be paid at the reception at the check-in.

Your credit card will be charged by the hostel within 72 hours after your online confirmation from the amount of the first night (debit on your account will appear under either Auberge Intern. Jeunes or Bastille Hostel).

No refund will be made for the first night in case of cancellation

Age limit: 30 years (except for school groups leaders), if over, the booking will be cancelled.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No access to the bedrooms during the cleaning time (between 11 am to 3.30 pm).
