Description: We located just two footsteps from the airport 'Costa Smeralda' (you can reach us afoot!) it’s also very near the harbor of Olbia.

The nearest beaches, comfortably attainable in summertime also with bus, just 10 minutes by car (Porto Istana - Pittulongu) are found to. The most famous places of the Costa Smeralda (Porto Rotondo - Porto Cervo - San Teodoro) are attainable instead 15 minutes.

The house is situated in a residential zone on a road without exit, therefore the traffic won't be a factor of disturb. In the proximities there are various shops (fruit and vegetable, butchery, mini market, newsvendor, laundromat, tobacconist, pizzeria, restaurant and commercial center 'Auchan').
