Description: The B&B Santo Spirito is located 10’ walking from the city centre, the railways station and the University, just beside the bus stops to Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Sansepolcro and the city centre.

It is a renewed and spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen and two rooms: doubles with single use, doubles twins or king size beds, with computer/internet free use, Sky satellite television and radio/cd player.

In the biggest room, on request we can add one more bed.

A bathroom with shower shared with both rooms.

Breakfast, fully equipped kitchen use and laundry machine use are included in the prices.

Arezzo is very well located in the centre of Tuscany; to reach any place like Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Perugia and more, takes no more than two hours, by bus, train or car.

We are very expert about all the Italian territory and on request, we can organize transfers and tours everywhere in Italy or give you the best suggestions for your own journey!
