Spagnoli' is housed in a completely restructured, building of historical importance. In fact the original tower, still intact, was used in medieval times as a 'town gate' for the payment of duties. The hostel is situated in the centre of a public park, near a well equipped sports centre, and is well connected to the historic centre by the new, fast Minimetrò. Perugia, rich in culture and art, is host to the International 'Umbria Jazz' festival, Eurochocolate and the Sagra Musicale Umbra.
