Description: A beautiful very CENTRAL located apartment with 5 bedrooms en-suite (private WC) with all amenities that you need to have a great holiday in Rome. We arrange private bedrooms or beds in mixed-shared bedroom as dormitory (also female dorms). One big bathroom also for all in the corridor with bath-tub, so we offer to our guests as dormitory the avarage of 1 bathroom every 4 persons ,it's a special offer among the hostels in Rome downtown.

---We accept also a big group of guests with several rooms,better ask by email the availability.

---All our bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, even for senior guests in romantic trip in Rome downtown.

--NO NIGHT SERVICE-RECEPTION WARNINGS:--RECEPTION WARNINGS:To respect the staff and other guests sleeping, we are grateful if your first arrival is after around 9.00 AM in the morning and before midnight 24 PM.After 24 PM is very hard problem for us,to enter the room to accommodate you because other guests want to sleep otherwise next day they want to be refunded of the money. If you cannot be here in the range of 9AM-24PM,you must at least inform us by phone call,and when we are forced to receive you anyway is a problem for us ,we invite you to find another hostel for the first night,no charge for the first night and you will come next morning after 9.00 AM..The next nights stay you will have the keys so you get back home as you like..When you get our buliding,If no answer the buzzer please call us our phones.

INFO PAYMENT- We ask the bill cash at the check-in,if just necessary we accept also the credit card,but there are 2% of bank commission.

BREAKFAST INCLUSIVE

Get up in the morning and and have a free available buffét of typical italian breakfast, with milk, coffee or tea, plumcakes,small tart,biscottate slices,bread toasted, marmalade, honey,(butter on request) and nuts chocolate cream . The staff will prepare it since early in the morning untill mid-day.

LOCATION:

Walter Guest House is 2 blocks off the main Station Termini, 10 minutes from all the main attractions, like the Colloseum, Piazza Venezia, TREVI Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. The Vatican City is a little further down the road and you will have no problem as public transport is just under the house. For the night owls, we have a disco just a stones throw away, round the corner the main Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and if you want to forget your problems go and have a drink down at the many Irish pubs that are a stones throw away from the house. If you have problems sightseeing, we will try and get you infomation and tips for the day. Come stay at the HOME AWAY FROM HOME and enjoy being in Rome.

KIND REQUEST:

We like to have non-smoking people in the house as it is not permitted to smoke in public indoor places. Our management is proud to have finally in Italy a law against smoking, since the 10th of January 2005.Is welcome silent and quiet people,and also not drunk people because after 11-12 is not allowed to make noise.

--INFO ROMA TAX: I inform you that since 1 st january the city council of Rome stated a TAX-STAY of 2 euro per night per person .I am sorry ,it's not fault,but the taxation is not included in the price indicared ,but is always a supplement. (till maximum of 10 nights). Children till 10 years won't have to pay any tax.

---INFO SECOND FLAT : Just in the case we had received more reservations,so we have to accommodate anyway when necessary our guests in another alternative apartement with shared or private WC located in the same area Vittorio with the same facilities at the same price.Once our guests arrived here ,our staff will provide your accommodation.

--- CANCELLATION POLICY ---

It's allowed to cancel without penalty only until 48 hours before the date of check-in (12 PM ); if not we debit the first 2 nights of the stay as guarantee. IF YOU BOOK WITH A DEBIT CARD YOU HAVE TO BE SURE TO HAVE THE AVAILABILITY TO BE CHARGED OF 2 NIGHTS OF THE STAY AS GUARANTEE. If the credit card is not valid or outdated, the reservation will be considered not valid and still pending.To accept your cancellation we request both email and phone call.

SPECIAL OFFER WARNING-in our list you can find a special promotional offer for a bed in ladies shared room for less than only 10 Euro per night.This special offer is valid for only 1 lady the who reserved,but without service extra inclusive ,as bath towel,lockers,internet and breakfast.To receive the services is necessary a small supplement as the other normal price paid.

INFO CHECK-IN :is at 12 PM-(when it's possible, also earlier if the room is ready to occupy).

CHECK -OUT : is allowed until 11-12 PM,because we need to clean the rooms for the incoming guests.Deposit luggages is accepted.Pls. ask our staff for more information.

PICK SERVICE

We can organize a car service from/to the airport,the price for example 1 couple is around 40E totally 1 trip.For more people pls ask to Walter.
