It is situated on tranquil Colle S.Giorgio (St George's Hill) with the walled medieval town of Cingoli, known as the 'Balcone of Le Marche', forming the backdrop. Its position commands breathtaking panoramic views of distant medieval towns on hilltops, Monte Conero and the Adriatic Sea.

Sunflowers romantic and spacious en-suite guest room is furnished with a comfortable and inviting classic double bed. It has a seating area with leather sofa, a full size fridge, DVD player with monitor, hairdryer, complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee, soap and shower gel. Roses is a romantic and charming room with private shower/dressing room right next to the bedroom.
