Constanta Residence Apartments is situated in Constanta, just 900 metres from the Black Sea Coast at the gateway to the Mamaia Resort. All year round, it offers comfortable 3-star accommodation in spacious studios and 2-room apartments, equipped with modern furniture and all necessary amenities. There is no catering service, but you can prepare your own food in the well-equipped kitchen. This Studio- Apartment is newly refurbished and has been given in use from 10 May 2006. The Studio consists of 1 Room fitted with extendable couch ( max. 4 persons ), fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with shower. As most of the cases, it is way more benefic and cheap to book an apartment and have your freedom unaltered than a hotel. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. SPECIAL CONDITION FOR SUMMER SEASON : Reservation from 1st June - 30th June. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Reservation from 1st July till 31th August. If cancelled up to 25 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in. Please call us 5-8 days before arrival. Transfer from Kogalniceanu Airport cost 15 euro and from Bucharest Airport cost 100 euro. Please inform us about it. Transfer from Railway Station or any other point from the city to the apartments is free.
