Fabrizio is more than happy to welcome you in his B&B making your stay unforgettable. All rooms are comfortable. We are at your disposal for any kind of information that you might need.

Since we're not an Hotel we can't be at the reception 24h per day and in the event of a same day reservation there could be some delays to make the check in.

B&B has not a reception. Please call us when you arrive in Venice, not when you arrive at the B&B, in order to have somebody waiting for you.
