This property accepts only cash payments for balance. Credit/Debit Cards NOT accepted.
The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Other charges: A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 5 is required upon arrival for incidentals.

Cancellations from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date - first night of stay fee; No-shows and cancellations later than 7 days before arrival - 50% of the total booking fee (but not less than the first night accommodation); Early check-out - 50% of the remaining nights booked
