Wheelchair access: Limited wheelchair access (some common areas and/or some rooms).Our entire hostel is disable and wheelchair friendly. We have a lift that allows access to each floor and if you do not want to be on an upper floor, we have a dorm room and disabled toilet/bathroom on the ground floor.

Private rooms age restriction: at least 18 years old
Dorms age restriction: at least 18 years old
Smoking policy: All rooms and the common areas are NON smoking
Animals NOT accepted

Terms and conditions

The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron.
The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes included.
Other charges: There is a AUD20 key deposit per person which is refunded at check-out.
Please note all payments made by ETPOS/Credit Card at reception will incur a 1% processing fee..

All rooms are fully prepaid and not refundable.

NEW YEAR BOOKINGS:
1. During the New Year's period from 29 December 2018 to 2 January 2019 there are special booking conditions.
2. During this period there is a minimum stay of 4 nights starting from 29/12/2018.
3. All bookings made for this New Year period must fully paid at the time of booking.
4. Once paid, there will be no refunds, cancellations, changes or transfers permitted.
5. All endeavours will be made to accommodate a booking with more than 1 guests in the same room type, however this cannot be guaranteed.
