All rooms are air conditioned and have a refrigerator, private bathrooms with shower and most of them have balconies with a drying rack for laundry. Also, all rooms have wardrobes and TV sets. There is a small parking lot inside the territory of the premises and a beer garden right outside the bar. Cars can also be parked by the side of the street, as Ksamil is a safe holiday resort in Southern Albania. Tani`s is a friendly local bar and guesthouse with fluent English spoken in the seaside village of Ksamil, two minutes walk from the beach and islands, great for snorkeling and beach parties. It is within 30 minutes walk or a 10 min. bus drive from the ruins of the ancient Roman and medieval Venetian City of Butrint. Tani`s Bar is famous for its draft beer which consists of both local and imported brew. There is an assortment of bottled beers and soft drinks, which are very refreshing in Ksamil’s hot weather. Moreover, time and again, our customers like to treat themselves to some classic cocktails such as Mojito, Margarita, Martini and so on, or long drinks such as Gin/Vodka & Tonic, Cuba Libre, Long Island etc. which are offered at very reasonable prices. The beer garden is a good area for chilling out in the evening while having your preferred drink and listen to the music of your choice. There is a DSL Internet connection at the bar and the Wi-Fi is offered for free. Ksamil boasts one of the most beautiful coasts in Southern Albania and the fact that it is situated just two miles across the Straits opposite Corfu makes it very easy to access by foreign visitors. It is within the distance of three miles from the Hellenistic, Roman and Venetian ruins of the ancient and medieval city of Butrint, complete with amphitheatre, acropolis, basilica, mosaics, surrounding walls, Triangular Fortress, Venetian Tower and many more tree covered ruins which add to the spectacular landscape and make it very attractive. The clear water and four off– shore uninhabited little islands offer a good opportunity for snorkeling and exploring Ksamil’s wild coastal seabed. !!!ATTENTION!!! We are not a bed and breakfast establishment! We do not accept credit cards, so please pay in cash upon arrival. There are two ATM machines respectively 150 m and 300 m away from the property, on the main road to Butrint. One is at the 'Kastrati' gas station and the other at the Tirana Bank, opposite the bus stop. There is an Internet Cafe integrated in the bar with ADSL connection.
