The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Aura, Diners, Debit Cards.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

New Years & Christmas Reservations

All reservations booked by credit card will be charged in full on the 1st December. Credit Cards which decline will have their reservations cancelled.

There is a 7 day minimum stay over the Christmas / New Years Period

Cancellations after the 1st December will incur a penalty equal to the price of your entire accommodation. No Refunds will be given.

Cancellations that occur with less than 7 days notice during Peak Periods will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking.

All credit card transaction will incur a 2.5% surcharge

Peak Period includes: Australia Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Christmas & New Years.

Please Note: If you are booking more than one person into a dorm room we cannot guarantee you will be in the same room. We will try our best.

You must present valid photo ID (passport or driver license) to be able to check in. Failure to present valid documents will result in denied check-in with no refund.
