It is encircled by adobe walls from which intensely green ivy and other creeping plants scale downwards. Set on the slopes of the Albayzín neighbourhood, it is a splendid yet hidden viewpoint which delivers surprising panoramas of beautiful landscapes to its visitors.

Suite Familiar Carmen del Cobertizo has 2 suites on the last floor of the house (both with bathroom), which exhibits a wood-carved ceiling with intricate, interlacing designs, decorated in a traditional manner, conserving all of the charm of yesteryear.
