BnB Florentia - Florencija, Italija  Kategorija: Nakvynė ir Pusryčiai Adresas: Via Passavanti 49 - Florencija, Italija Aprašymas: Just 10 minutes walking distance from the historical centre in a very quiet private townhouse in one of the best neighbourhoods of Florence (Piazza delle Cure) and on the way to Fiesole (you can take wonderful walks from here to Fiesole!) is located cozy Florentia, an accomodation with family flair, where you'll feel just like home. All rooms are facing garden and can be rented on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, starting at 22 € per person per night. Rooms with 2 - 4 beds available, so you may decide to come with your whole family or all your friends and take the whole upper part of the house (3 rooms with max. 8 beds)... or you rather decide for a romantic getaway for the weekend... Whatever you decide, one night or a whole month, you will certainly feel very confortable with us. On request you'll have a refrigerator and a washing machine at your disposal (for a small fee). Breakfast is not included, but there is a Café at the corner that serves delicious croissants in the morning and hot dishes and sandwiches at lunch. Check-in: AFTERNOON ONLY ON APPOINTMENT!! Check-out: until 10 a.m. (10.00h) For early/late Check-in/Check-out a surcharge of 10 Euro/person is due at arrival. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ARRIVALS AFTER 7 PM (19.00) SO PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR IT AND DON'T MAKE A RESERVATION IF YOU CAN'T BE HERE BEFORE 7 PM! RESERVATIONS WITH ARRIVALS LATER THAN 7 PM WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY! IMPORTANT: Once you made your reservation, YOU HAVE TO CALL US to let us know your exact arrival time, otherwise nobody will be there to let you in and hand over the keys! WE DON'T HAVE A 24 HRS. RECEPTION! And if you would like us to make reservation at the museums (for example the Uffizi) we'll be glad to take care of that for you. Just tell us at least one week in advance, otherwise it won't be possible to make reservations anymore. Cancellation Policy: *For cancellations of the reservation SEVEN or less days from the date of arrival you will be charged 100% of your stay - minimum 2 nights. Once you start your stay, no changes can be made and the whole amount of the booked stay has to be paid at arrival. The change of dates regarding already confirmed reservations is not possible, you will have to make a new reservation. In case of overbooking we reserve the right to accommodate you at Florentia Rossini or to provide equivalent accommodation for you. Only if this is not possible, we will cancel the reservation. However, NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT OR OTHER CHARGES YOU MIGHT HAVE PAID TO THIS SITE. Available Facilities and Services
