Lokva Rogoznica offers plenty of shade in bays surrounded by pine trees! This described kitchen opens into a spacious Bamboo-reed shaded Outdoor dinning area(see picture), where you can eat or just relax. You can also find tables and chairs in front of the north side of the house(near outdoor barbeque)! Guests also have access to an outdoor barbeque, free WIFI and their own parking lots! On the ground floor there is a big shared kitchen wit outdoor dinnig area that opens into Outdoor dinning area and an outdoor shower. Rooms are located on the first and second floor! Our house is ideal for families with children because it is surrounded by a huge fenced pine tree garden! The children can easily play in the garden! You can relax on your own balcony with a table and 2 chairs (there are also 3 rooms without balcony)! All rooms have Ceiling Fan (also called Ceiling Ventilator). ____________________________________________________________ BEACH: About 70 - 200m from the house you can find pebble and gravel beaches, small beach cafes, a mini grocery, post-office and 3 restaurants! (this beach Cafe - work only in main summer season and works in the evening as a beach bar) When going to the beach, you don't have to cross the street because there is a little tunnel under the road that will lead you directly to beach! FIRST BEACH IS ONLY 2 min (about 70 m) away.
