Wheelchair access: Limited wheelchair access (some common areas and/or some rooms).
Children accepted. Children can stay for free in parents' bed/s if younger than 5 years.Up to three children under five years old can stay for free on supplementary beds.
Every supplementary bed have to be requested and confirmed by the hostel.

Animals/pets accepted: Pets are allowed on request

The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: The hostel is affiliated to the circuit AIG and Hostelling International.
All our guests must be members of either one of these associations.
Guests can register on arrival, the cost of the membership varies depending on the length of stay and on the card profile, it starts from the €2 welcome stamp per night per guest.
All guests that will collect six stamps, will be granted an yearly membership..
