This modern international hostel is centrally located right in the middle of the famous Vondelpark, within walking distance of the Van Gogh- and the Rijksmuseum and at crawling distance from the Leidseplein with its famous nightlife and clubs like Paradiso, Melkweg and Jimmy Woo. Consume culture, shop till you drop and dance the night away in Amsterdam. Stayokay Amsterdam Vondelpark is your best starting point! The hostel is partly located in a pretty chalet building from which you have a stunning view over the Vondelpark. We have 564 beds divided over 2, 4, 6-8 bedded rooms and some large dormitories. All rooms have shower, toilet and washbasin and free individual lockers (bring your own padlock or buy one at reception). Other facilities include; a meeting room, lobby area, free WiFi, a launderette, bike shelter, tourist info and discount tickets, electronic door locks, lockers and safes. Our reception is open 24/7, we have no curfew. Rates include bed linen, taxes and free WiFi. Towels and padlocks for the luggage lockers can be bought at the desk (or you can bring your own of course). Hostelling International & Stayokay members receive a discount of 10% per night and 10% discount on all food & drinks in our bar. You can buy a Stayokay membership card at the reception for EUR 20.00 to take advantage of these and a lot more discounts worldwide! In our lovely bar The 5th you'll meet lots of people. We serve hearty and healthy food at great prices. At the reception you can buy tickets for several things to do in Amsterdam (Museums, Canal tour, Heineken Experience, Madame Tussauds) with big discounts. We have our own bike rental. Our rooms are available from 3 PM (you can store your luggage in a locker for a small fee). **Please note: - that any group bookings of 10 people or more must be made directly with the hostel. - that we have a maximum stay of 7 nights - that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - that parties that include children under 16 years old are obliged to take a private room. - that booking multiple beds in a dorm does not guarantee a private room.
