The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: 6,0% city tax.

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival date, first night of stay fee for late cancellation or no show

Reception is located on the 1st floor of 32, Damrak Street (above the All Star Cafe)
Reservations will not be guaranteed until arrival if the pre-authorization failed.
Please note a different cancellation policy of 7 days applies in the following cases:
-Reservations for and or including the night of New Year’s Eve (31 Dec), Queensday (27 April) and IBC Congress (10th to and including 17th of September)
Otherwise the whole amount of your room rate will be charged by the hotel.
