L'établissement accepte les cartes de crédit suivantes pour le réglement du solde à votre arrivée: Visa, Mastercard.
Le montant total sera facturé avant votre arrivée, sinon la réservation ne sera pas garantie et la caution sera perdue. Le montant débité est non remboursable.
L'établissement se réserve le droit d'effectuer une pré-autorisation de la carte de crédit du client avant son arrivée.
Taxes non incluses: Taxes and Fees not included, namely:

VAT 16%
TOURISM TAX 3%
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE 5%.
Autres charges: NO.

RATES

Rates published on the website of Hostel & Cabanas Ida y Vuelta Camping are valued per night of stay.
Once agreed, prices published in US dollars (USD) are exchanged in national currency (MXN) at the change of the day.
All rates do not include VAT and tourist taxes as well as government and / or administrative expenses.
Housing pricing details are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be processed online at HolboxHostel.com or by calling us directly on +52 984 875 23 58.
The hostel advises to book before your arrival and will be subject to availability at the moment of any request.
Reservations are considered confirmed only with a valid Guarantee Deposit and / or VISA or MASTERCARD credit card and sufficient funds to process the corresponding collection. Doubts regarding reservations are not made automatically, but individually with a response within 24 hours from the time of reservation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in or check-in time in the room is from 1.00 p.m. And no later than 7:30 p.m. We still accept arrivals at the property from 8.30 a.m. Any delay in arrival should be communicated to Otherwise, the hostel is not responsible because the reservation will be considered as NO SHOW.

Check-out or check-out time is at 11:00 a.m

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE

A Guarantee Deposit equivalent to 50% of stay during any season is required. The only exception is for one-night reservations only where the deposit will be equivalent to 100%.
The outstanding balance will be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card.
The deposit must be sent to the Hostel & Cabanas Ida y Vuelta Camping on the same day of the reservation and a copy sent to our email
Guarantee deposits can be made by means of a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, by payment by paypal to our account or by transfer / deposit to bank account.

HOTEL SERVICES

Some of the services inside the Hostel are free while others require a minimum fee. Please confirm when booking or contact us in order to avoid confusion.
The hostel is not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property owned or in the custody of the Customer or its customers, employees, agents or contractors or external suppliers. The Hostel provides safe deposit boxes at the Client's risk.
No pets allowed.

RESTAURANT / BREAKFAST

It is clarified that breakfast is a service that our hostel wants to offer our guests not yet being paid for it. At the same time we make aware that this offer only applies when the restaurant is open. The property reserves the right to close the Restaurant for Maintenance and / or Holidays without prior notice. Breakfast includes coffee, fruit water of the day and homemade cake. Several more options available at an extra cost.

RESTRICTIONS

You are not allowed to enter the Hotel with the following:

Pets or livestock.
Pillows, sheets, duvets or other bedspreads.
Electrical appliances and / or equipment for heating and / or cooking.
Hostel & Cabanas Ida y Vuelta Camping reserves the right to remove and / or confiscate any of the aforementioned articles if it is inside any room immediately without prior notice and to charge you for the costs incurred to take such action.

BEHAVIOR OF THE GUEST

It is expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not disturb the enjoyment of other Guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your reservation and reservation of the members of your group if we arrive (acting reasonably) to consider your conduct as a breach of this clause.

Conduct that we deem reasonably inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:

Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
Drunk or rebellious behavior.
Any behavior that seems offensive to other Guests or contributors.
Disrespect towards the place.
Do not wash the dishes after eating.
Use any type of flames or fires inside the huts.

We will at all times act reasonable in making any determination under this clause.

In the event that we cancel your reservation, you will be forced to leave your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your group. Full payment for any damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you can not make the payment, you will be responsible for compliance with any claims (including legal costs) made subsequently against us as a result of your actions together with all expenses incurred in the pursuit of any claim in your against.

Our obligations towards you culminate when the reservation is completed. We will have no obligation with refund for lost accommodation and are not responsible for expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.
