It is encircled by adobe walls from which intensely green ivy and other creeping plants scale downwards. Set on the slopes of the Albayzín neighbourhood, it is a splendid yet hidden viewpoint which delivers surprising panoramas of beautiful landscapes to its visitors.

Suite Familiar Carmen del Cobertizo has 2 suites on the last floor of the house (both with bathroom), which exhibits a wood-carved ceiling with intricate, interlacing designs, decorated in a traditional manner, conserving all of the charm of yesteryear. Their facilities have been arranged in consonance with modern times, with customers' well being in mind at all times, and among them we find central heating, bath products and wireless internet connection. From the salon, situated between both rooms, it's possible to access to the privileged private terrace with views of the Alhambra.

Outdoors, in the orchard, an ancient Moorish-style wading pool incites you to take a dip in its thermal waters among a well kempt verdure.
