The hostel accepts only cash payments for balance.
The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The hostel charges 1 night if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges 1 night on customer's credit card.

SPECIAL POLICY FOR CARNIVAL
50% of the amount has to be paid before the arrival with Bank transfer or Western Unio.
The hostel will confirm the booking only after this payment.
In case of cancellation the amount cannot be refunded
