Kirjeldus: Venezia Residence rents aparmtent for long period but also for shorter period, and they are situate at the heart of Venice, behind St. Marks Square and near the Rialto Bridge. WE have 2 apartments: one for 4 people and the other for 2 people, they are situate at the third floor that an old building and there are the elevator.

They are compose by:

Apt. 4 people: kitchen, livingroom, 2 bedrooms with matrimonial bed and 2 bathroom with shower and the 'altana', that is the venetian terracy where you can eat outside and relax with a beautiful view.

Apt. 2 people: kitchen, matrimonial bed and bathroom with shower.

In the price are included the sheets, towels, cleaning (when you leave) and taxes (water, light, gas).

FOR THE PERIOD, FROM 22/12/08 TO 06/01/09, WE ACCEPT ONLY RESERVATION FOR MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS.

CANCELLATION POLICY: from 6 days beofre the arrival to 3 days before the arrival there is a payment of 50%; from 2 days before the arrival to 0 days and no-show we consider 100% of total.

The escort service is included in the price till the hour 20,00. After this hour to 24,00 there is an extra charge of euro 30,00.

After the hour 24,00, without a previus information, is not possible to enter and we consider no-show.
