WE have 2 apartments: one for 4 people and the other for 2 people, they are situate at the third floor that an old building and there are the elevator. They are compose by: Apt. 4 people: kitchen, livingroom, 2 bedrooms with matrimonial bed and 2 bathroom with shower and the 'altana', that is the venetian terracy where you can eat outside and relax with a beautiful view. Apt. 2 people: kitchen, matrimonial bed and bathroom with shower. In the price are included the sheets, towels, cleaning (when you leave) and taxes (water, light, gas). FOR THE PERIOD, FROM 22/12/08 TO 06/01/09, WE ACCEPT ONLY RESERVATION FOR MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS. CANCELLATION POLICY: from 6 days beofre the arrival to 3 days before the arrival there is a payment of 50%; from 2 days before the arrival to 0 days and no-show we consider 100% of total. The escort service is included in the price till the hour 20,00. After this hour to 24,00 there is an extra charge of euro 30,00.
