该物业接受以下种类信用卡支付余下需缴款项: Visa, Mastercard.
用户预订的物业（酒店、旅舍、B&B、民宿等）在用户到达前将保有使用信用卡预授权的权力。.
所报房价已含税.
其他收费: We require a security deposit of 20€ for the set of keys, which will be returned at check-out.

Safety Deposit Box is 2€/day.

Please note that all stays of less than 7 nights that include the New Year's Eve are subject to a EUR 300 security deposit.

Please note that stag/hen parties are subject to a security deposit of EUR 150 at check-in..

在没有提前2 天的情况下取消预订，旅店会收取1 晚的房费.
在客人没有出现的情况下（没有告知取消），该旅店会从客人的信用卡中收取1 晚房费.

Please note that between 1 November and 31 March the cleaning service will be 5 times per week.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and a valid credit card upon check-in.

Guests traveling in Groups (with more then one apartment), will be required to pay a deposit of 300€ per apartment.

From the 1st November 2019, groups of Stag and Hen parties won't be accepted.

Moreover, in case of during the check-in process, reservations are verified as to be a group of a stag and hen party, the property reserves the right to charge the booking in full and decline to accommodate them.
