I really enjoyed the venture to snow covered Himalayan regions, I left footprints in former Indochina, I suffered the cold night in yurt on Mongolian plateau, tried the ''onsen'' under Mt.Fuji and admired the glory of the Roman empire around Mediterranean sea. All together, it motivates me to do something for backpackers, here comes the ''Mix Hostel''. ---------------------------------------------------------- ★Tired of staying in hotel-like guesthouse? ---------------------------------------------------------- When I was traveling, I always looked for the family style accommodation, why? It's small, cozy, you get more care, easy to meet people, and for year-round travelers, it makes up the homesick. Mix Hostel created a family size communal space with sociable atmosphere and you can easily meet new travelers, share the information, have joyful conversation with a bottle of cheap cold beer and drinks served from hostel's little bar. You will be no longer really feel traveling alone since check-in. --------------- ★Location --------------- * 1.5km to ''north railway station'', 2km to ''Mao Statue'' , hostel located on peaceful riverside. * 7 mins walk to ''Renmin Rd North'' metro station (the 1st stop from north railway station). * 5 mins walk to old quarter and biggest Buddhist complex ''Wenshu Monastery'' in city center where you can find lots of local restaurants, tea houses (the open air tea house inside the monastery is highly recommended! ), souvenir stores as well as ''fortune tellers'' and ''ear cleaners''. If you visit this monastery at 6pm, you'll have chance to listen the amazing buddhist chanting from monks. * Close by many bus lines * Close by banks, ATMs, convenient stores and fruit store.
