The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Debit Cards.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Summer (July & August):

· If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

· If cancelled later, 50% of the reservation will be charged.

· In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged on day of check-in.

For rest of the year:

· If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

· If cancelled later, 1 night will be charged.

· In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged on day of check-in.
In the event of a no show this property charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.

The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit of EUR 100 upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded if no damages are made to the apartment.
The property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
