Le Muricce is a historic residence built in 1.750, just in the Chianti area and near Siena. The house has a particular architecture that makes it unique, and has been restored in the tradition of Tuscany and Siena. A large garden-park with an olive grove and terraces full of Mediterranean plants allows you to relax and enjoy the countryside. A beautiful, big and sunny swimming pool (6x12 m), with views of the surrounding fields is available in the propery.

In the property there are three independent holiday units (Villa, Guest House and Restored Barn ), recently renovated and fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and its private terrace with garden furniture. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the three units.

'Le Muricce' is ideal for country-holidays because of its excellent location. Siena is only 6 km away, Florence is 55 km away, San Gimignano is 40 km away, and Castellina in Chianti is 15 km away. The entry to the highway to Florence is at a distance of 5 km. There is also a bus stop 200m away, which can bring you to the centre of Siena. The next village is 'Quercegrossa' at 3 km away with 2 supermarkets, bars, pizzeria and restaurants. Pharmacy, bank, post office. The nearest airports are Pisa

The house is in a strategic position to reach Siena in just a few minutes (6 km), with the advantage of enjoying the peace of the countryside. There are good restaurants nearby, facilities such as supermarkets and small shops, and farms where it is possible to buy local products directly. From the residence you can easily reach Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti area, but also the south of Siena, with the beautiful Crete Senesi, and the towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino.
