This wooden flat in a quiet residential build was aconditioned as homestay hostage in the 2018 year.

Accommodation

This flat, situated at a 3rd floor with elevator, was rebuilted in 2018 and it have a big dinning room with balcony, a bedroom and a big kitchen with a small terrace. It is fully equiped with tv, midi stereo, refrigerator, kitchen.

There are always clean towells, bed clothes, soap...

Services and activities

The whole flat is for exclusive use of the guest, so there are no staff neither available services.

Surroundings

The build is in a residential area at the centre of the town. There are a lot of shops and coffe bars on the streets around, but any of them are located just at Santa Ana St., so this is why it is very very quiet. The train station is just three minutes walking. The old town is just at 5 minutes walking. The bulls fighting arena is also just two minutes walking.

Why should you stay with us

If you want to be located at the town centre, this is a perfect place to stay. Going with car, you can park at the street with no payments required, and if you´re travelling by bus or by train, ther you are just at three minutes walking from.

The flat is in a residential build fully equiped with central heaters, hot water, elevator, and all the comfort needings that you havent in the old town.

(Only when you advise in advance within more than 24 houers, we can extend your arrival time to 23.00h. After this time the hostage can refuse to guaranted the availability to their guests.)

It is not any charge but the owner should be responsible about any damage or evil caused by his pet, in wich case he shoul pay for.

This property charges the full amount of BALANCE if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show this property charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.

All the customers must provide us their estimated arrival time within 24 hours in advance.

We only acept just a dog and it only on request.
