The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.

This property charges the full amount of BALANCE if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show this property charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.

Please note that this property is located above the Asia24 Supermarket on the 2nd floor. For your check-in time, please inform MAC City Hostel of your expected arrival time in advance. An exceptional Late check-in between 23:00 - 1: 00 in the midnight is only possible upon request and with our confirmation and for a surcharge of 10 euro. Please also note guests are required to bring own towels. Bed linens are provided free of charge. Please note that bookings with 8 or more guests (18 years and over) are considered to be group bookings and will be contacted by the property to make further arrangements. The deposit for these bookings is required a month in advance, when possible. Failure to make this deposit may result in booking cancellation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
