The 'Casa de Alicia y katiuska' is a building built in 1929 in colonial style. Since October 2015 their hosts create this project for renting tourists from all around the world with the idea of building a business and make friends around the world providing security at home under a peaceful and harmonious environment.

We offer in 'Casa de Alicia y katiuska' two private rooms named Green and Pink.

The green room has three beds while the pink one has a single bed and a double; each have ceiling lamp and table, equipment climate, Hair dryer, wall mirror, linen included, including toiletries and a shared bathroom with hot water 24 hours.

Services and activities

On arrival at our house we offer you a drink or cocktail reception. At home guests can access all parts of the house, they are allowed to have pets, children and friends. Additional services we provide: information and 24-hour reception, day care, breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, laundry service.

We are located in the popular district of Colon known for its famous 'Solar La California' and the restaurant named equal, that is widely accepted internationally, located just a few meters from the house. We are located close to banks, palates, restaurants, shops, theaters, etc.
