When booking for more than 3 rooms, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking and 50% upon check-in.

Cancellation/modification/amendment requests through phone calls will no longer be accepted by the Hotel, regardless the reason/nature of cancellation. As per Hotel policy all the requests must be confirmed via e-mail.
