The guesthouse is located on the 3rd and top floor of the building which was constructed in 1930. It is a recently refurbished high-seilinged capitalist apartment with 3 balconies, original ornate plasterwork and tiled floors. Being on the 3rd floor also means there are great views. It is a family-run establishment. Accommodation We rent two private cozy rooms with shared bathroom. There is a comfortable double bed, a brand new inverter air conditioner and black out blinds allowing to cut off the street light completely 24 hours in each room. in each room. There is a nice balcony with a street view in the first room and a window with a street view in the second one. The rooms are high-ceilinged, breezy and with a lot of natural light.
