Description: Welcome to your home in the centre of Havana! Lidia and René will receive you with a cup of tasteful Cuban coffee and their usual hospitality. In our house you will find comfort, privacy and security, in a family and respectful atmosphere; that is to say, what you are surely searching. Well, you have already found it! Come and enjoy it!

A small hall will lead to the sitting-dining room which has a wooden and glass table with two seats, an armchair and a foot lamp. A modern and comfortable bedroom, for guest's exclusive use, has a double bed with night tables at both sides, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, telephone, fan, 110/220 v., mirror in front of the bed, two small armchairs with a central table, two appliqués activated from the bed, for night reading, a closet and a roof lamp. If necessary we can incorporate a folding bed. The private bathroom has cold water and heat the 24 hours. Soap, sanitary paper, towels and bed clothes are included in the price, and changed every three days.

Keys of the apartment and the building are given to the guest, who can enter or leave freely, at any hour, with illumination of automatic ignition. We offer tourist orientation for free, and also contacts in provinces, baggage custody, access to the kitchen and a private card of ten pesos (CUP) to call from public telephones in any place of the country. It is not included in the price the breakfast, consistent in a plate of fresh tropical fruits, coffee with milk, toasts & butter, ham & eggs (or omelette), and finally express coffee. Laundry is also not included in the price. Guest pay according to consumption the contents of the refrigerator, consistent of bottled water, sodas, juices and some drinks. The low priced parking area must be paid by the guest.

Our apartment is 300 mts to the Plaza de la Revolucion and the Memorial Museum “Josè Martì” (current centre of Havana), at less distance of the main Bus Terminal, at 3 kms to the central park (museums, National Capitol, etc.: old centre of the city) and of Old Havana, and to 1.5 kms of the centre of Vedado, populous neighbourhood with many of the main hotels, restaurants and cabarets of the city. All foot able in few minutes and with accessing facilities to Internet (in hotels).
