La casa dei Colori - Palermo, Italy  Category: Bed & Breakfast Address: Via Cosmo Guastella, 5 - Palermo, Italy Gay friendly Description: 'La casa dei colori' is a newly refurbished B&B, extremely close to Palermo Central Railway Station (just 350 meters, 5 minutes walk away). It is ideally situated for enjoying Palermo city centre's stunning attractions such as Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, Museo Archeologico Nazionale,Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama. Thanks to his central location visitors can easily get local transports (all from Central Station) to beautiful amenities outside the city: Monreale, Cefalù, Mondello Beach and Palermo city airport 'Falcone-Borsellino'. At the same time our guests could enjoy Palermo by night, as the city's most attractive pubs, restaurants and discos are really close to us! The bed and breakfast is on the third floor - no elevator - of a palace built in the 1928. This bed and breakfast has got two bathrooms to share for the guests, one for women and the other for men. The 'green room' is a twin room and it is furnished with two single beds, two bedside tables, one wardrobe, one desk and a big mirror. This bedroom has got a big window and it is very bright and quiet. The 'orange room' is a double room and it is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, one large wardrobe, one chest of drawers and a mirror. The bedroom has got a balcony on the street. The 'Turquoise Room' consists of two separate beds, two nightstands, an armoire, a desk brings books, a table seating four, and is lit by large windows. The room is fairly quiet. The orange room and green room are equipped with air conditioning/heating, TV and internet wireless, while the turquoise room has no air conditioned but an electric fan for the summer and a warmer for the winter.. The cleaning service of the rooms occurs every three days and bed linen is changed twice a week. The bathroom is clean on a daily basis and towels are changed twice a week.
