The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Aura, Diners, Debit Cards.
The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: 5 % city tax
In 2018 city tax will change to 6%.

This property charges all nights if canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show this property charges all nights on customer's credit card.

Your booking may be cancelled in case the pre-authorization is unsuccessful.
If you pay by credit card upon arrival there is a 3% more for the bank commissions.

Please note that twin/double room types offered on sale as 'economy' are located in the basement with a small window.
