The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The hostel charges 1 night if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges 1 night on customer's credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID at check-in. A credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit are required upon arrival.

When booking for more than 3 rooms, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking and 50% upon check-in.

Cancellation/modification/amendment requests through phone calls will no longer be accepted by the Hotel, regardless the reason/nature of cancellation. As per Hotel policy all the requests must be confirmed via e-mail.
