El Malecon is a famous street that runs along the waterfront of the city and offers a big number of facilites and services. Some parts of the Malecon have a rich night life with several restaurants and bars. The builidng is 5 minutes from the Old Havana on taxi, and in general is located in a very walkable area of the city where everything is pretty close.
