Terms and conditions

The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron.
The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: city tax is 1€per person per night.
Other charges: This property requires a 5 EUR refundable deposit for your key.

The hostel charges the full amount of BALANCE if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.
