The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards.
The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: From 1/1/2018 guests have to pay city tax in the amount of 0,5 Euro per night for each room..

The hostel charges the 50% of balance if canceled less than 5 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.
