It’s really built to be a hostel no adaptations, lots of open places so you do not feel enclosed, spacious common areas.
We are a Mexican family who share a passion for travel, we built and created our Hostel with the heart, especially for you, based on our experience as travelers and backpacking around the world, combining the best ideas and concepts we had in our travels and adventures, we know the needs of backpackers and travelers are special, because we are part of this great community.

Other charges: Check In/Out: Check in is at 12 pm. We require a passport to be presented upon check in, for Mexican citizens an IFE is required. Check out is at 11 am. Bring your sheets & keys to reception. If you check out late, you may be charged a fee.
Payment: Needs to be done at the time of checkin IN CASH. If you wish to extend your stay, let us know and we will be happy to do so, however always pay in advance.
High Season: We are so busy and may not have space if you don't pay and let us know in advance, make sure to do that.
Keys: Upon check in, guests will receive a set of keys for access to the hostel entrance and the room. If you lose your keys, we charge a $50 pesos replacement fee..
The hostel charges 1 night if canceled less than 3 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges 1 night on customer's credit card.

Guest Behavior: The comfort, safety and security of our guests is very important to us and guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and hostel property. Any guest(s) who compromises the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be asked to leave and will not be offered a refund. Guests will be charged for any damage caused during their stay.
Visitors: No visitors allowed.
Kitchen: It’s easy don't eat other people’s food, clean up after yourself.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises except inside the rooms, kitchen, and common area.
Drugs: Drug use is illegal in Mexico. Any guest found using drugs within the building will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be offered a refund.
Alcohol: We allowed your own alcohol inside the kitchen and terraces.
You can bring your own alcohol and drink on the terraces of the Hostel, that way you can save money.
Personal Property: Secure lockers are located inside the rooms. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their things are secure at all times, and Amazing Hostel accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to your property, however sustained or caused.
Liability: By booking at Amazing Hostel you waive your right to legal action against Amazing Hostel and its employees in any capacity, however sustained or caused.
Discretion: All bookings are subject to availability and Amazing Hostel reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Booking: Booking as a guest at The Amazing Hostel, regardless if this sheet is signed, is acceptance of the above points.
