Descriere: Alloggi Gerotto Calderan is made up of by 2 houses so there are many different types of room. We have single, double, triple and quad rooms. They can be small, standard or superior and some of them have view of the square (in Campo San Geremia) or of the street.
In both buildings there is a curfew at 1:00 a.m. The prices change according to the type of room that guests require and of course from the period they wish to come.
We don't serve breakfast. Dorms are only for under 35. No lift in our buildings.

Structura acceptă doar plata în numerar. Cardurile de credit nu sunt acceptate .

Taxele nu sunt incluse: From 24/08/11 the municipality of Venice obliges every hotel to charge every guest an extra TOURIST TAX. The amount is €2 per person per night during the high season and € 1,40 per person per night in low season.
We have 3 days of cancellation policy.
EX: This means that if you are due to arrive on the 28th of March you need to cancel by the 12am of the 24th of March
For reservation of more than 5 rooms we ask a 30 days cancellation policy
In case of no show or late cancellation we will charge you the cost for the first night
