The residence is located right in the historic heart of the town, at the Black Tower, in the sight of the square of Premysl Otakar II. The Residence consists of 4 buildings, which reconstruction was finished in July 2010. The complex now has 28 fully furnished apartments in 4 floors, with the total capacity of 75 beds. Apartment area varies from 33 to 120 sqm.
